Return Policy

We accepts returns/exchanges up to 21 days after your item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet this criteria:

• item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• item must also be in the original packaging.
• item must have tags still on it.
• you will need receipt or proof or purchase.

Exchanges will be final and item will no longer be eligible for refund or exchange again.

517 Threads is not responsible for packages stolen upon delivery. 

To start a return/exchange, please email 517threadsmi@gmail.com within 21 days of receiving the item:

• your name
• size and style you want to exchange for
• shipping address

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/exchange, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the initial cost of shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer's responsibility. If you receive a refund, the initial cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
